As the first manufacturer in the world to launch the pellet press with the pressure of 80T or more for XRF or IR analysis of solid sample feed materials, RUISHENBAO has been working on the development of sample preparation devices that meets the requirements of the laboratory. In these devices, the PrepP-01 series press can well meet the sample requirements of most analytical laboratories. The 80T pellet press purchased by the Central Iron and Steel Research Institute is also a high-pressure sample preparation equipment innovatively developed by RUISEHNBAO. It fills the blank of high-pressure sample preparation equipment in the world and satisfies the demand for high-pressure sample preparation in the steel industry.

PrepP-01 is a professional electric supporting device developed by Ruishenbao Analytical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for XRF analysis(sample prepared by pressing). This pellet press can be widely used in steel, metallurgy, chemicals, geology, cement, and ceramics refractory and other industries. Controlled by PLC programmable controller, it is possible to set and run the pressing process by buttons, as well as to monitor and display parameters including pressure values in real time through the full-color touch screen with friendly human-machine interface. It is simple and easy to use, but can ensure sample accuracy and reliability without doubt. It improves comprehensively not only the accuracy and reliability of producing samples but also user’s operating experience. Hydraulic system adopts ultra high pressure radial piston pump, which solves the oil leakage and pressure gasping. It show excellent performance in low noise, long life, and high efficiency. In addition, the control system of high precision pressure sensor is also used to secure precise and reliable displaying with high sensitivity.
