The FMC-01 Silicon molybdenum bar - Automated Electric Fusion Machine is developed by RUISHENBAO analytical (shanghai) Co., Ltd to prepare glass disks (beads) for X-ray fluorescence (XRF), which is the fully automatic multi-sample fusion machine. The bead fusion method is a technique used to prepare inorganic samples, with a view to analyze them by XRF. This method can eliminate the granularity, mineral and segregation effects of the samples, and can reduce the absorption and enhancement effects between the elements in the sample, and hence evidently increase the precision and accuracy of the XRF analysis  It is widely used in steel, metallurgy, chemical industry, geological cement and other industries. The FMC-01 fusion combines exceptional fusion accuracy with all the advantages of electric power, speed, simplicity for experienced and novice user. It adopts a divided structure (Furnace + Power supply box and controller). This fusion allows you to run up to 4 samples (maximum 6 samples if required by user) at the same time, which can produce homogenous, high quality and reproducible glass bead by automatic computer process control. Touch-screen programmable controls for fusion process like flexible setting of melting temperature, melting and cooling time, crucible rocking movement for homogenization of the melt, and flexible setting of melt pouring facilitated by vibration. The maximum heating temperature can be up to 1800℃, which is suitable for different sample materials, The sample prepared is uniform and of good quality, which can meet the requirements of customers in different industries for XRF analysis and sample preparation.

  • The application of advanced design concept, the use of heating furnace body and control parts of the split desktop structure design, the overall combination of rational layout, small volume, beautiful and generous structure shape.
  • High quality Si-Mo rod heating element is selected, the maximum heating temperature can reach 1800, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, long life.
  • The indoor lining of heating furnace is made of high quality refractory insulation materials to ensure the efficient utilization of electric heating and temperature stability of the heating chamber.
  • Thermocouple real-time temperature measurement, PID constant temperature adjustment, PLC intelligent control, to ensure the sample preparation process of accurate control, the maked sample quality is superior
  • The whole sample preparation process is carried out automatically by PLC, include automatic sample deliver, automated crucible rocking, automatic melt pouring, and automatic sampling.
  • The instrument is designed with multiple protection (overtemperature rocking motion limit protection, etc.) to make the instrument safer, more stable and reliable operation.
  • Inverted mold casting is completed in the furnace, less thermal radiation to human body, the design of a forced air cooling system to speed up melting, improve efficiency.
  • Four samples can be fused at the same time (the user can also customize 6 sample models), the whole machine cost-effective.
