RUISHENBAO was once again recognized by the Institute of Eco-environmental Sciences of Chinese Academy of Sciences. With consistent high efficiency and stability, the PrepM-01 series vibratory disc mill won orders at last.

The Vibratory disc mill PrepM-01 series is mainly used for preparing laboratory samples with rapid and lossless fine grinding of hard, brittle and fibrous materials for XRF analysis or other chemical analysis. The grounded sample shows itself in pleasant and uniform granularity, thus it can meet the granularity and homogeneity requirements of all kinds of samples for XRF analysis. As to the mode of PrepM-01 series, there are vibratory disc mills with single speed, double speed and adjustable speed by frequency conversion.

This vibratory disc mill works with pressure, impact force and friction. The grinding kit is fixed by a fast locking device to the vibration chassis which is designed with an eccentric rotating mechanism. The vibration chassis and the grinding kit make a circular vibration motion on the horizontal plane. The grinding parts located in the grinding jar generate considerable pressure, impact, and friction through this vibration motion and these forces act on the sample to pulverize material in 1 to 3 minutes. Besides, the grinding machine adopts an excellent noise reduction design, so the noise is quite low during grinding. At the same time, the grinding jar is wholly sealed in order to deliver the grinding performance with no loss and no dust leakage. The control panel has only two main components(there is also a speed control panel for the mills of double speed and frequency adjustable speed), thus the operation is extremely simple and convenient. Set the parameters and then start the quick sample pulverization by one click. In addition, for long-term stable safe use, the equipment is equipped with multiple security devices, such as the quick clamping device of the grinding components, the pneumatic active supporting protection door and the safety door limit switch of the grinding chamber.

Features:

  • The eccentric vibration mechanism with the rocking block as the vibration source brings strong grinding force to the grinding system, and it can be used in conjunction with the grinding components to complete the pulverization in 1-3 minutes.
  • The cooperation of spring suspension system, vertical support plus 8 direction side pull and eccentric mechanism produce perfect horizontal circular vibration trajectory.
  • Grinding components rapid clamping mechanism is based on the mechanical clamping 6 points positioning principle, it clamps firm,  and avoids rotation of inner ring and outer box in the same direction, improve grinding efficiency.
  • Pneumatic support safety door, door closure limit switch to ensure that the device does not start if it is not closed or off.
  • noise reduction design, the interior of the grinding room is decorated with noise reduction materials to isolate the noise generated during grinding for ultra-silent operation.
  • Tungsten carbide efficient and durable grinding components, hard alloy grinding chamber with inner lining to reduce load but improve grinding efficiency.
  • Chromatic steel grinding components, domestic high Chromium steel with high hardness and high wear resistance.
  • Grinding components of other material are optical to meet the special requirements of different materials.

The Institute of Eco-environmental Sciences of Chinese Academy of Sciences, founded in 1975, is formerly known as the Institute of Environmental Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Approved by the State Commission of Science and Technology and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, it was merged with the Ecological Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1986 and changed to its current name(Eco-environment Center for short).
